I live in Texas with my 3 boys and my husband of 20 years. I have struggled with weight issues most of my life. When I was in my early 30’s I weighed 308 lbs. Within 2 years I lost 160 lbs. with journaling and exercising. During that weight loss journey, I experienced personal trainers, many hours at the gym working out solo, and I learned my way around the kitchen.
I got my teaching certificate for Aqua Aerobics and landed a job at the gym. And I also worked for a weight loss company.
I quit my jobs to stay home with my boys to homeschool them. Over those years I allowed the weight to find it’s way back.
I had so much fun losing weight I thought I’d do it again!
This time around I am in my 40’s and my beginning weight is 257.1 lbs. My goal weight is 150 lbs.
Outside of my family, my happy places in life are coffee, Disney, desserts, and robotics.
